At UniCrystals, we carefully pack every order to ensure your crystals and crystal jewellery reach you safely and securely.
1. Processing & Delivery Timeline
🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping — India
All orders within India are generally delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of order.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
🌎 International Shipping
International orders are generally delivered within 10–12 working days from the date of order.
International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local courier services, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond UniCrystals’ control.
2. Working Days
Working days are considered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and other officially observed holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details through the contact information provided at checkout.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
4. International Customs & Duties
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in UniCrystals’ shipping charges unless specifically stated at checkout.
UniCrystals is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

* Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
* Remote delivery locations
* Events beyond our reasonable control
In such circumstances, UniCrystals will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer but cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
UniCrystals will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details provided by the customer.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product immediately and contact UniCrystals as soon as possible.

8. Delivery Confirmation
An order will be considered delivered once the courier’s tracking system confirms delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.
If you believe your order has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact UniCrystals promptly so we can assist with the courier investigation.
