UniCrystals , 48-Hour Return & Exchange Policy.
At UniCrystals, we carefully inspect and pack every product before dispatch. Because our crystals and crystal jewellery are delicate and often one-of-a-kind, we follow a strict 48-hour return and exchange policy.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 48 hours from the date and time of delivery of the order.
After 48 hours, return or exchange requests will generally not be accepted.
2. Eligibility
A return or exchange may be accepted if:
* The product has been received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* The product is unused and remains in its original condition.
* All original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), and accessories are retained.
* The customer provides clear unboxing evidence, including photographs and/or an unboxing video, where requested by UniCrystals.
Products that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, washed, repaired, or otherwise used may not qualify for return or exchange.
3. Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact UniCrystals within 48 hours of delivery with:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photographs of the product.
3. Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
4. An unboxing video, if available.
Our team will review the claim and determine whether the product qualifies for replacement, exchange, or another appropriate resolution.
4. Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, UniCrystals may arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional product cost.
5. Change of Mind
Returns based solely on change of mind, personal preference, colour expectations, size preference, or the customer no longer wanting the product may not be accepted.
Crystals are natural products and may naturally vary in colour, pattern, inclusions, texture, shape, and appearance. Such natural variations are not considered defects.
6. Natural Crystal Variations
UniCrystals sells natural crystals and crystal jewellery. Minor variations, inclusions, markings, colour differences, textures, and formations are natural characteristics of genuine crystals.
Where a product is described as natural and non-heated, this refers to the product’s stated material and treatment status. Natural variations should be expected and are not grounds for return.
7. Return Approval
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by UniCrystals.
If a return is approved, the customer may be required to securely pack the product in its original packaging and follow the return instructions provided by our team.
Do not send a product back without receiving return approval and instructions from UniCrystals.
8. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by UniCrystals.
The refund will be made to the original payment method or through another method communicated by UniCrystals, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.
Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or confirmed defect on the part of UniCrystals.
9. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted where:
* The 48-hour return period has expired.
* The product shows signs of use or wear.
* The product has been damaged after delivery.
* Original packaging or required accessories are missing.
* The customer has altered, repaired, or modified the product.
* The issue is solely due to natural variations in the crystal.
* The customer is unable to provide sufficient evidence for a damage or incorrect-product claim when requested.
10. How to Request a Return
Please contact UniCrystals customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.
Important
The 48-hour period begins from the recorded date and time of delivery and cannot be extended simply because a return request was not raised within the specified period.
UniCrystals reserves the right to assess each return request individually and reject claims that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
By placing an order with UniCrystals, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this 48-Hour Return & Exchange Policy.
